This project consists of two apartment blocks with four floors. The use of windows
on the facade display a dynamic solution for sourcing natural light. The various
different shapes of the windows change in relation to the functionality of the
different rooms. Simplicity and minimalism come into prominence as you continue
through the inside the building. The Interior spaces are extremely simple and fresh.
The use of colours on the facade gives a warm and cozy atmosphere.
The buildings are named after Viktor Kingissepp and Olga Künnapuu (Lauristin).
According to legends, Mr Kingissepp, who at the 1920s was the country’s number
one enemy (local underground communist party leader), and Olga used to have
their conspiracy houses in this location.
